Data we process

• Player name you enter yourself. It is visible to the other players in the room.
• Random ids and tokens for players, host and room, stored on your device and on our server to keep you in the game.
• Guesses (artist, title, year) you enter during play.
• IP address and technical request data in the logs of our hosting provider Cloudflare.
• Purchases: payments are handled by Apple. We receive no payment data; your device only stores which packs you own.

No accounts, no tracking, no advertising, no profiling.

Purposes and legal basis

• Running the game (rooms, turns, scores): performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Security and troubleshooting (logs): legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention

• Rooms, including names and guesses, are deleted automatically 12 hours after the last activity.
• Logs at Cloudflare are kept for at most 7 days.
• Data on your device stays until you delete the app.

Processors

• Cloudflare (EU/US) hosts the server, under a data processing agreement (DPA) with standard contractual clauses.
• Apple processes purchases under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages. Do not enter full names; a first name or nickname is enough.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection. Contact us at the address above. Rooms also disappear on their own after 12 hours. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
